Hi, I have a CIT300 Wireless VoIP phone. It states it wont find the base. The problem remains unsolved in this thread http://forums.linksys.com/linksys/board/message?board.id=VoIP_Phones&thread.id=1399 I reinstalled software, and I still have the same issue. I left the batteries dry out, then tried the reset option and it states "cant reset" or something like that. How come i cant reset the phone to factory results??? Please help me out, I'm a minute away from calling support for an RMA
