Hi, i have been intalled my NMH410 and decide install the firmware update, i have a lot of troubles and decided return to the original firmware, but since than my Media center dont have acces to intenret, in status, network, the internet icon apear in red. I can't upgrade the firmware again becouse the mediacenter can't conect ro intenret.My media center is conected to a router and it have acces to internet, i have otrher computer conected and they have internet acces to.

Hi, You could try to do the following on your mediahub. > mediahub is turned on > press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds > wait for the power to be solid > access the mediahub interface by typing "mediahub" on your internet browser and do not do yet any changes and automatically proceed to the firmware upgrade I hope this helps.

Thanks for ansewer Wilkins I don't know what is hapening in my network, i follow your procedure and it dosen´t work. Te web intarface apeare but it doesnt say noting about firmware upgrade, iry upgrad form the LED and form the web interface, and nothing. Finaly i decided take my mediacenter and conect it to may office network, the proble continue. I folow yor procedure in my office network and finaly IT Works. When i enter to the web interface, automatly apeare a message asking for the firmware upgrade, i did it. No i am copyig all my videos and music to the mediacenter (i deleted them try to fix the problem), I hope i will not have the indexing problems. Sorry for my english is to bad. Thanks. EAT
