Hi… logon to router’s setup page, try changing wireless channel to 1 or 11, go to advanced wireless settings reduce beacon interval to 50, fragmentation and RTS threshold to 2304, check whether it makes any difference or not.

My laptop does not receive the router signal.  The router is connected and the green lights on the front are illuminated.  Can you help me troubleshoot this problem?

Does your laptop see the other networks in the neighborhood? If not, please check if the laptop's wireless switch is turned on.

I have bought and returned two of your routers.  I wouldn't buy another but I bought them at walmart and they won't give your money back with out a reciept and the router works just long enough for me to think I don't need the reciept.  So, I am not sure what else to say except that I need your help. It is not to far away from my wireless because it will sit right beside the router and not work.  I have run your troubleshoot and still doesn't work.  I went to command prompt it showed picking up the signal 3 times.  But you didn't tell me what else to do. I have a PC in the house and two wireless computers and an x box wireless. That is it.

I have Linksys wired to my desktop and I'm online just fine.  I have linked a wireless desktop but am unable to get online now---I have been online in the past.  I think that I just need to get to the place where I can enter the 'encryption key', but I can't seem to pull up that page.  My wireless desktop is running Vista.  Help!

Is the Passphrase/security key established in the router?  I have printed the settings on my newly installed WRT150N.  Works OK.  After installing the wusb300n
adapter, it asks for the above. ????
