WRT45G does not connect wirelessly.

Ok, so here I am, trying to get this thing working. I downloaded the EasyLink advisor and ran it. It said it connected. I can connect wired from the router to my laptop. I once had it going wireless but it dropped continuously. I downloaded the newest firmware from linksys site and upgraded it and then couldn't even get it to connect wired. I hard reset'd the router and ran the EasyLink thing again and it won't make a wireless connection.

What do I do?

Now it decided to drop out on wired. Went to straight modeom.

need some help with this. Phone support is completely pointless as I sat around for 3 hours and accomplished nothing.
