Linksys Advisor has quit working.  I tried to log in but kept getting an error with user name and password.  Tried to reset back to factory defaults.  Now I am getting an error...There is an error in XML document (22,28).  For detailed information please see Lela's Document.

I had everything set up but Linksys Advisor will not let me add a laptop to my router.

Please help

I think I've connected my router correctly to my PC, but my laptop does not recognize that I have internet access.  What do I need to do to get internet access on my laptop?

so I honestly can't figure out how to do it myself, but from what I';ve heard, the main problem is that most computers that can't connect aren't compatible with the N wireless signal. Evidently, there's supposed to be a way to change the settings so that it only puts out g or b signals, but I haven't been able to find that out. If anyone knows how, I could use the help.

Did you ever get an answer to this?  I am having the same problem.  EasyLink Advisor will not work despite several re-install and repair attempts.  I even downloaded the install software from the web and got the same results.

It sounds like the network card on your computer has a fixed IP set in the properties or has simply not reset. First check the properties to make sure you are set to obtain IP address automatically and then restart the computer.
