Running Vista...  Could not get print server to print.  The computer could see my network, etc, but could not print.  After three hours on telephone with customer service, I was notified that the device is not yet compatible with Vista.  Anyone else having this trouble?  My printer is an HP 2600n LaserJet.  Any sense how long it will take for firmware?

I had the same problem with my Wireless N router.  Once I installed the firmware, it worked perfectly.

Help!!!!

I am trying to set up this print server with my new network.  I get all the way through setting it up on the network, but I have trouble "setting up the computer."

1.--I sometimes get stuck at around 96% when the files are being loaded onto the computer, or

2.--when I choose the printer from the menu on screen 1,  I click next, and a screen pops up that says "Please wait system process Network USB Root Hub installation."  Then nothing else seems to happen.

Other times, while the files are being loaded onto the computer, a Windows message pops up saying something along the lines of "Windows needs to find the driver software."  When I allow it to look on the CD-rom from the package, it says it can't find anything.

In case it's helpful, I am running Windows Vista on a Dell Computer, and my network is a linksys WRT54GS

We cannot finish the setup proccess on a toshiba laptop with vista.  It got stuck when loading at 96 % and it sees the canon i850 printer and the wpsm-54g but the next screen says loading root usb hub, and nothing else will happen.Thank you.

I am having exactly the same (2) issues that you are with a brand new Dell XPS laptop running Vista and a brand new Linksys N router network, which I've had no trouble linking up to other devices such as my Wii, etc.

Did you finally get a fix for the problem?  I can't get the printserver to complete installation on my vista laptop.
