I think Linksys has released the drivers for wpc54g v3.1 adapter. If you have the same version then it should work. You may need to download the drivers from Linksys website.

If you have a WPC54G / GS / GR / GX that isn't on Linksys Vista List above; then check this site http://jelnet.free.fr/jlnt_lwpc.htm to see if the chipset maker for your card offers a Vista driver for your card. Good luck, Lilla
