Hi, I came accross this thread as I am have the similar problem with re-intalling the adapter. The driver downloaded from this site which does not seem to work. It seems to install te driver, but it does not update the driver for the network adapter. When try to update the droiver via Control Panel/System/Hardware pointing to the folder where I downloaded the driver, it still won't work. I downloaded version 1, my adatpter is old and there is no version on the lable, so I assumed it's 1. Any ideas? Thenks

I am in the same boat with the previous 2 posters...reinstalling WinXP and don't have a disk for the WMP54G. Although no "version number" is listed on the card, there is an "FCC ID" number...PKW-WMP54GV2. Would the "V2" mean it's version 2?
