I purchased one yesterday off of ebay for about 5 bucks.
I think the salient information being left out is the connector type. The data sheet doesn't tell the connector type; in fact, the data sheet doesn't even say the WMP54G has a detachable antenna. So, does it use the RP-TNC connector like most other Linksys devices (with detachable antennae) utilize?

You failed to mention what version you have. If you have a version 4.0 or 4.1, it probably does support WPA2-PSK[AES]. If you have version 1 or 2 of that card, it probably does not support WPA2-PSK [AES]. AES was not part of the interim WPA stopgap measure implemented to replace WEP [RC4] while waiting for WPA2 to be finalized; RC4/TKIP was. It looks like the latest driver for version 2 cards supports WPA-PSK [TKIP]. Do you have TKIP in your Cisco's encryption/cipher suite?
