Hi,

I own the WAG354G V2 Annex B for a while now.

Recently I updated it to the 1.01.57 firmware and experienced very low speed over the wireless connection although the signal was 'excellent'.

Surfing the internet/forums I read that this problem was experienced by more people and a downgrade to the .54 firmware was suggested.

Because I could not find the .54 firmware anywhere but did run into the .58 firmware I decided to upgrade to that one.

Unfortunately this resulted in a RED power LED.

After a few hours trying to get the firmware refreshed I finally succeeded with the tftp.exe program to put 1.01.57 back on the device.

But now I have no Wifi anymore, all the settings are right but the 'wireless' LED stays off and there is no signal.

Also a upgrade to custom firmware is not solving the problem.

Any suggestions? Would going back to .54 firmware solve the problem?

If it would were can I find the WAG354G-E1 1.01.54 firmware?

As you have Upgraded/Downgraded your router several times you must reset your router for 30 seconds and power cycle your router for a minute and then re-configure your router...

NOTE : After any Upgrade/Downgrade you should reset and power cycle your router...

Thanks Klatch for your help, but unfortunately I have done this every time (even the 30 seconds reset with power, 30 second reset w/o power, 30 seconds reset with power) but it didn't make any difference.

Any other suggestions??:smileyhappy:

Kudos!
